Historical Note
This painting was inspired by the
breathtaking beauty of the central coast of Oregon. The lighthouse
seen is the view from inside the lower chamber of the famous Sea Lion
Cave. In gathering material for her coastal paintings, the
artist took many photographs as well as sketching on location. |
