Historical Note
While in church listening to
the church choir sing the beautiful Easter Hymn "Behold The Lamb,"
the Artist was inspired to paint this simple symbolic expression of the greatest
gift given to mankind by our loving heavenly Father. John the
Baptist beheld Jesus and said, "Behold the Lamb which takes away the
sin of the world."
